It’s my ultimate goal to provide you with the highest quality music education while maintaining a friendly, positive, creative, and relaxing environment. The studio is a shared space. This means I am reserving time specifically for your lesson and preparing the equipment and studio as required for your lesson. I kindly ask therefore that you please observe the following guidelines:
LESSONS
• Lessons are 1 hour long.
• Lessons are booked via email to info@nicholasshao.com.
• A 30-minute trial lesson is offered to new students.
CANCELLATIONS
• Once both parties confirm a lesson time, there will be no rescheduling, credits, or refunds for missed lessons.
• Should I need to cancel a lesson, I will give you as much notice as possible. The lesson will be rescheduled at a later date.
PAYMENTS
• All lessons must be paid for in advance. Lessons are confirmed only once payment is received.
• Payments can be made via PayPal, Interac eTransfer, Cheque or Cash. Online payments are preferred.
